Delete Your Account
How to delete your Vijetha account and associated data, published by Aravir Technologies Private Limited.

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in Vijetha, the voter-management platform (web admin console and Android & iOS field app) operated by Aravir Technologies Private Limited. You can ask your campaign administrator to remove your account, or request deletion directly by email.
How Vijetha accounts work. Vijetha is a business tool used by authorised campaign staff. Accounts are created and managed by each campaign’s administrator — there is no public self-service sign-up. Because of this, an account can be deleted by your administrator, or by us on a verified request from you.
Option 1 — Ask your campaign administrator
If you are a field worker or team member, your campaign administrator can remove your account from the Vijetha admin console (under the team / users area). This takes effect within the campaign immediately. If you are not sure who your administrator is, use Option 2 below.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot reach your administrator, email us from the address (or citing the mobile number) your account is registered with:
- To: hello@vijetha.org
- Subject: Delete my Vijetha account
- Include the mobile number and/or email registered on your account so we can verify the request.
We verify the request against your registered details and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner). We will confirm by email once it is done.
Deleting an entire campaign (for campaign owners)
If you are the owner or administrator of a campaign and want to close the whole workspace, email hello@vijetha.org from the registered owner account. On verification we permanently delete the campaign workspace and all data within it — voters, imports, team accounts and settings — within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Account profile — your name, mobile number, email address and role.
- Sign-in data — your OTP sign-in records, session tokens and device-binding information.
- Your attribution — activity and change records that identify you as a worker are removed or de-identified.
What is kept (and for how long)
Nothing personal about you is retained after deletion, except as noted below:
- Campaign (voter) data. The electoral / voter records in a campaign are owned and controlled by that campaign, not by an individual worker. If you are a worker, deleting your account does not delete the campaign’s voter data — that stays with the campaign (its administrator controls it, and can delete the whole workspace as above). Any edits you made remain in the campaign’s records but are de-identified from you.
- Security logs (e.g. IP address for abuse prevention) are kept for a short period — up to 90 days — and then automatically deleted.
- Billing records. Where payments were made, invoice and transaction records (handled together with our payment processor, Razorpay) are retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. These are financial records, not marketing data.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Administrator removal takes effect immediately within the campaign; email requests are completed within 30 days.
